This ban must be passed. While I was at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center, I ended up in the hospital after being tased while soaking wet in the shower. I wasn’t threatening anyone or being disruptive—no, I was just making a joke. But because the guard didn’t like it, I ended up in the hospital. This kind of abuse needs to stop.
